The Maui Sands is an ocean front complex that consists of 76 condominium apartments in a series of small two-story buildings. Each one or two bedroom condominium is a complete vacation home. Each home includes a fully equiped kitchen and private lanai looking out on ocean or garden landscape. Color TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a microwave oven and private phone are in all units. A coin operated laundry is on the property.

Sports and Recreation:
On-site: beach nearby, swimming pool and sun deck area, ocean sunset deck, shuffleboard, barbeques and lush tropical grounds with plenty of grass area.

Nearby: golf at Kaanapali and Kapalua, surfing and windsurfing, snorkeling, whale watching and other water activities.

Location: The Maui Sands is centrally located in West Maui between Kaanapali and Kapalua, with a view of the islands of Lanai and Molokai. It is approximately two miles from Kapalua-West Maui Airport.

Activities: Sightseeing, shopping and dining at Lahaina, Whaler's Village and Kapalua.

Transportation: Daily inter-island flights from Honolulu to Kapalua-West Airport, less than two miles away. Kahului airport is 45 minutes away. Rental cars are available at both airports.
