The Villas at Kapalua are located on the scenic
west coast of Maui, just fifteen minutes north of the old whaling town of
Lahaina. This all inclusive neighborhood features everything from luxurious

Bay Villas at Kapalua The Bay Villas at Kapalua were the first luxury condominiums in the Kapalua
destination resort complex: 141 units located on the shoreline above Oneloa Bay, with breathtaking views of the islands of
Molokai and Lanai. Units range in size from 1,100 to 2,000 square feet including
lanais and are either one or two bedroom. The villas have high ceilings, sunken
garden baths, and ceiling fans. Located on the property are three pools, two
tennis courts, gas barbeques and recreation areas for the convenience of owners
and guests. Kapalua Bay Villas are the closest property to the Kapalua Bay Hotel,
shops and Kapalua Beach.

Golf Villas at Kapalua 186 units situated on sixteen acres
alongside famous Pineapple Hill, and paralleling the Bay

view). Most units have panoramic ocean views and spectacular West Maui sunsets. Villa

The Ridge at Kapalua 161 units situated on 21 acres on a
promontory overlooking the bay with view of the Islands of Molokai and Lanai as
well as the West Maui mountains beyond. Spacious one and two bedroom apartments
range in size from 1,300 to 2,200 square feet including lanais in low rise,
two-level townhouses. Located on the property are two pools, gas barbeques, and
a reception center. A ten-minute stroll will lead to the Kapalua Bay Hotel,
shops, Tennis Garden or the Bay Golf Course, and the magnificent beaches.
